Orders
Once we have processed your order and provided Order Confirmation, we will prepare your goods for delivery. A contact telephone number is required if we need to contact you. We may at times pass on your contact details if a delivery company needs to contact you.
Once your order has been despatched completion of the order occurs. We cannot fulfil our obligation if any of the following occur;
The goods required and ordered were unavailable.
Any issues with payment or card authorisation.
If there is any product description or price error.
Failure on any aspect of the customer order/checkout requirements.
If there is any problems with your order we will contact you by email or phone.
We reserve the right to reject your order request at any time.
Your details are held in our strictest confidence and we will take all possible care, as is possible, to ensure details of your order and payment are secure however in the any instance of negligence on our part, we are not liable for any loss if a third party acquires unauthorised access to any information you provide when ordering from our website.
Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within seven days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the item/s. Items returned must be in the original packaging and box provided.
Delivery costs are the customers responsibility both to and from your address.
To cancel your order please advise us by email.
All parcels are returned at the customers own risk, we recommend recorded delivery to ensure safe return of goods.
In the case of items ordered that are bespoke, personalised or made to order whether this order was placed on line or by phone request, the right to Cancel and Return does not apply.
We will only accept the return of item/s that are sent back in original, unused condition with all the original packaging.
Pricing and Descriptions
All prices on our website are in pounds sterling but exclude delivery charges.
Each product is sold with its product description and price, all aspects are updated regularly on our website, occasionally, however this is not a true reflection of the goods purchased.
Sale Items
Our Sale items are very limited, therefore the stock quantity on the website may not always corollate at busy periods; a product may have sold out during the time from which you placed the order to when we processed it. If this does occur, we will contact you within four days with an alternative item or provide a full refund. Please note during peak periods refunds may take a little longer to be processed but we will ensure it is within 28 days.
Bespoke Items
Bespoke items (such as vintage upholstered furniture) will be commissioned specifically for you. You may be sent a fabric swatch relevant to your order , if so please sign to confirm the selection and return to us. With all bespoke items we will send you a detailed Confirmation Order of the instruction, please sign and return the form to us. Email confirmation will help process your order however we will still require your signed Confirmation Order.
Prior to signing your Order Confirmation you can cancel your order. If you have returned the signed order form there is a Cancellation Fee of 25% of the total commissioned order.
Payment
Payment for all orders is at the checkout point of the transaction on our website and not at despatch. Our website uses PayPal secure payment to process orders and does not require a PayPal account.
The total cost of your order is the total price of items ordered plus our delivery charges.
All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the payment card does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for removing any product from the website whether or not that product has been sold.
We reserve the right to remove any products from the website at any time. We also at our discretion will remove or edit any materials or contents at any time we so wish.
We endeavour to provide accurate photographs of the products, however occasionally the colours shown may differ slightly from the products received.

All photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations and text used in conjunction with any media from Lucky Winston, in particular the website contents, are subject to copyright. Any unauthorised copying, will constitute an infringement of copyright.
